We had a lovely, even though far different than normal, Thanksgiving. Just the two of us, we made buttermilk roast chicken (of course), Grandma's cornbread dressing (thanksgiving in a bite), and other assorted goodies. Cranberry sauce was definitely MVP. And it was a very COVID Thanksgiving complete with a bike ride, sourdough experimentation (popovers!), and selfies.
